If the weather is hot, or even a bit warm, that could cause headaches. Also, if you don't drink enough fluids during physical exertion, that can result in dehydration, which can cause headaches.

If you hit someone or something, or were hit, even if it was not with your head, you could have sustained an injury such as a pulled muscle, which could also cause headaches if it was in the neck, back, or shoulder area.

If the headaches lasts more than a day or two, or if it gets worse, you really need to see a doctor ASAP.
