The league splits after the 12 teams in the league has played each other 3 times. The top 6 teams will then play each other again, so after the split there will be 5 more games, which basically is the final race to qualify for European football next season. The top two teams will go into the champions league and the 3rd team will qualify for the UEFA cup.

The bottom 6 teams are then basically playing to secure their place in the league for the following season.
