The United States has more than one team in the Little League World Series because of the country's larger population and extensive network of local leagues across various regions. Each state can send a representative team, leading to multiple teams competing from the U.S. In contrast, other countries typically have a centralized league structure, allowing only one team to represent the entire nation in the tournament. This approach helps maintain a level of competition while recognizing the diverse talent within the U.S.

There are rumors that Little League Baseball is considering an exception but as of now the list of officially recognized bats is on this link: http://www.littleleague.org/learn/equipment/approvedcompbats.htm

In Little League baseball, the maximum barrel size allowed for bats used in the Major League Baseball division (ages 9-12) is 2 1/4 inches in diameter. However, for the Intermediate (50/70) and Junior League divisions, players can use bats with a barrel size of up to 2 5/8 inches. Always check the specific league rules as they may vary slightly based on the divisions and local regulations.
