I dont think he surrendered it. It"s probably because he could"nt lead his team past the first round of the playoffs! Anyway Joe Thornton was the oblious choice, I don"t know why Rob Blake was named Captain.

How to check status of my money plus policy?

You can obtain surrender quotation from the branch of your money plus policy only after completion of 3 years. The total units available will be multiplied by the nav value on the particular date on which the quotation has been sought for, to arrive at the surrender value. Can life insurance policy be reinstated after surrender?

The surrender (voluntary termination) of a life insurance policy involves the payment by the insurer, prior to the death of the insured, of the accumulated cash value of a whole life policy. The cash value is the "savings element" of a whole life policy. Upon surrender, the insurer pays the accumulated cash value less any surrender charges specified in the policy. Reinstatement of the same policy is generally not available after surrender. Instead, the insured must reapply for coverage and meet then-prevailing underwriting standards for his/her current age and health status.

If you have a surrender date but are under the care of personal physicians 4 times a week for injuries sustained in an auto accident and have a current lawsuit pending can they place you in jail or do?

Unless the sentencing court releases you from your surrender date, you will be considered a fugitive if you do not surrender as ordered. The jail or prison holding you is responsible for seeing to your medical needs once you are in their custody. If your needs exceed what the jail or prison can provide, you will either be transferred to a hospital or the prison/jail will petition the court to have you released until they can manage your needs. The status of a lawsuit has no bearing on your duty to surrender to custody. Many inmates are plaintiffs in civil actions.

Is the usual reply to Commanding Officer it would be Yes Sir or Yes Ma'am?

You can address the CO as "Sir" or "Ma'am" as the case may be, but you can also address them by rank, or rank/name (e.g., Good Morning Captain/Colonel/Colonel Smith/Captain Jones, etc.). In the Navy, the CO of a unit, regardless of rank, is typically addressed as "Captain", a reference to the Officer's CO status rather than rank. This is more formal when the Officer is a Junior Officer but the CO; JO's are typically addressed as "Mister" or "Ms", but their status as CO of a unit requires that the Officer be addressed more formally.
