You are in jhoto first then when you have all the 8 gym badges you can go to kanto and get 8 more badges which will be all 16 badges then you can challenge the pokemon league. Hope that helped.

I'm sorry to say, but the Never Gold Apron is gone from the Secret Codes, but the good news is : there are new codes for the Pixie Hollow Sweet Treats Doll Collection badges. You can find out more about this in you pixie's journal in the mainland badges section. Try to find all the three codes to unlock that badge and the silly sweets.
