The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation Inc. presents the Fred Biletnikoff Award each year to the most outstanding college football receiver. In 2004, Braylon Edwards of Michigan was the recipient.
The Biletnikoff award is an award given out at the end of the college football season to the most outstanding receiver from that year. In 2002, the trophy belonged to Charles Rogers from Michigan State.
