St. Louis Rams Cheerleaders was created in 1974.
The original LA Rams Cheerleaders were in 1978 and at the LA Coliseum. There were 29 original girls and our favorites were Lenni Wood and Irma Rahwyler. Where is more information on all these girls. The St. Louis Rams Cheerleaders were NOT the original Rams Cheerleaders. New Persons we agree they were the two beauties featured several times in Playboy and television, wow, !!! wow!!!! WOW!!!! My mother was an L.A. Rams Song leader is what she called it around 1956. Her name was Patty Squibb before she was married. She told me that she would go to the L.a Coliseum and do dance routines with pom poms. They were not allowed to fraternize with the players. She made $5.00 a game. She was a student at Long Beach city college at the time. When I was a kid I wore her uniform as a Halloween costume. The cheer leading uniforms of the day were made of Corduroy. Her uniform is Rams blue and light blue. The skirt was flared and pleated coming to the knee. L.A. Rams is embroidered on the shoulder. I will treasure it forever.
NO- they were the LA rams not long ago.
The twin brothers who played for the LA Rams were Merlin Olsen and Phil Olsen
