Currently, Adrian Peterson has the best combination of Speed, power, and overall running ability.

Give him the ball and some blocking and he's a nightmare.

Ladainian Tomlinson has been hampered by injuries, and even though he is mentally as sharp, has seen a decline in numbers in 2009-2010.

I have to believe it is Jerome "The Bus" Bettis. He is also one of the greatest running backs ever. He was about 250 lbs... bigger than some linebackers and most fullbacks.
