Hmmm ... according to the rosters I see provided by Baseball Almanac, the only player that played for both the 1980 and 1993 Phillies was left handed pitcher Mark Davis. However, he did not participate in the postseason either year. He was a late season call up in 1980 and was not available for postseason play and was released by the Phillies on July 2, 1993 and did not participate in that postseason.
The players on the Phillies' 1980 Roster were Warren Brusstar, Marty Bystrom, Steve Carlton, Larry Christenson, Mark Davis, Nino Espinosa, Lerrin LaGrow, Dan Larson, Randy Lerch, Sparky Lyle, Tug McGraw, Scott Munninghoff, Dickie Noles, Ron Reed, D. Ruthven, Kevin Saucier, Bob Walk, Bob Boone, Don McCormack, Keith Moreland, Ozzie Virgil, Luis Aguayo, Ramon Aviles, Larry Bowa, Jay Loviglio, Tim McCarver, Pete Rose, Mike Schmidt, Manny Trillo, Del Unser, John Vukovich, Bob Dernier, Greg Gross, Orlando Isales, Greg Luzinski, Garry Maddox, Bake McBridge, Lonnie SMith and George Vukovich.

MLB teams are allowed to adjust their rosters between, but not during, postseason series. So, an injured player would stay on the roster for the rest of the series even if he's unable to play; after that, the team could replace him on the roster before the start of the next series.
