Bruce Smith of the Buffalo Bills was the first (and only) player to officall record 200 sacks.
It should be noted that the Sack, as a stat, was only officially recognized and tracked since 1982. So there are a lot of players, such as Reggie White (officially he has 198 total sacks), who may have had more than 200 sacks in their careers.
2nd most career hits in MLB history is 4,189 by Ty Cobb. First is 4,256 by Pete Rose.
Conway Twitty's first record was also his first hit. The title is, "It's Only Make Believe." The year was 1958, and the rest of his successful career is history.

Rodney Harrison of the New England Patriots became the first member of the so called 30/30 club (30 sacks, 30 interceptions) during the 2007 season. At the end of the 2007 season, Harrison had 30.5 career sacks and 33 career interceptions.

That was Bill Duggleby of the Philadelphia Philles who hit a home run in his first at bat on April 21, 1898. Duggleby had an 8 year career, ending up with a 93-102 record and a 3.18 ERA. He hit 6 home runs in his career and wound up with a .165 career batting average.
