His brother Frank was an insurance salesman back in Beaver Falls. I don't know if he had any other brothers or sisters. Also, interestingly, there was an African-American young man who lived across the street from the Namaths when Joe was growing up. The young man's parents both died - one of them died during his junior year in high school. The young man - I believe his name was Lindell - was a classmate of Joe's and he moved in with the Namaths until he graduated Beaver Falls High School. Lindell joined the Army and served in Vietnam, where his service buddies refused to believe he had lived with Joe until Joe once mentioned Lindell in a TV interview.

In the CFL rulebook, Eligible recievers can be numbers 0-39 and 70-99, and ineligible recievers are 40-69. So all linemen are 40-69.
