The Washington Redskins have won Super Bowl championships with three different quarterbacks at the helm:
Craig Morton quarterbacked the Cowboys in Super Bowl V.
For their first Super Bowl, Trent Dilfer quarterbacked the Ravens. For their second Super Bowl, Joe Flacco quarterbacked the Ravens.
After checking the rosters for the three Super Bowl winning teams, there are five players: Art Monk - WR, Don Warren - TE, Jeff Bostic - C, Monte Coleman - LB and Joe Jacoby - T.
Through Super Bowl XLIII, the last Redskins Super Bowl victory was in Super Bowl XXVI and the starting QB was Mark Rypien.
The Washington Redskins have won three super bowl championships. The Redskins last victory was in 1991 during Superbowl XXVI.
Trent Dilfer
To date, the only black QB to win a Super Bowl is Doug Williams of the Washington Redskins (MVP of Super Bowl XXII). However, Williams was not the only black quarterback to play in the Super Bowl. Donovan McNabb quarterbacked the Eagles in Super Bowl XXXIX but lost to the Patriots.
The Dolphins defeated the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl VII to complete their undefeated season.
Kurt Warner
the 'skins beat the broncos 42-10 and Doug Williams was named MVP.
Doug Williams was the first black QB to reach the Super Bowl, and to this date, the only black QB to win, when he led the Washington Redskins to a 42-10 victory over the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XXII. Doug Willliams-Washington Redskins
Through Super Bowl XLIII, Doug Williams of the Washington Redskins is the only one. He completed 18 of 29 passes for a then Super Bowl record 340 yards which included an 80 yard pass to Ricky Sanders. He also tied the then Super Bowl record with four touchdown passes as the Redskins went on to win Superbowl XXII in January 1988, with Williams deservedly picking up the MVP. I'm pretty sure Steve McNair one one too.
