I seem to recall being in Yankee Stadium on the day that Apollo XI landed...and thousands of bats being raised in the air in celebration. Armstrong's lunar walk didn't occur till hours later that evening (Eastern time), but the landing itself occurred during the game. Anyone have any more solid memories of this?

Key features in determining the age of the bat are variations on the barrel such as players name; script or block, Team name; script or block, the order the team name, the players name, and approved little league appears on the barrel as well as center label variations which include H&B, Hillerich & Bradsby co., Made in USA, and Made in Canada.
