At 6 feet 10 inches, it is believed that current Leicestershire cricketer Will Jefferson is one of the tallest cricketers ever - while some sources claim his heght to be somewhere between 6 feet 9.5 inches and 6 feet 10.5 inches.

Two other cricketers are reputed to have been of similar height, Paul Dunkels, formerly of Sussex and Warwickshire, billed at 6 feet 10 inches, and Anthony Allom, recorded between 6 feet 9 inches and 6 feet 10 inches.
