Brian Habana or Jason Robinson.
It's hard to say who is the fastest...

There's a nice video list at http://www.rugbygamers.com/news/fastest-Rugby-player.html where you can watch all the fastest rugby player videos.
In 2009 - Shane Williams of Wales and Ospreys was recorded as the fastest player over 200 metres.
Jason Robinson....
Right Now I say Tom Varndell
(Though, really, I think that to answer that more accurately, you're going to have to put them all in a flat race over [say] 25 metres ... and perhaps races over 50M and over 100M!
Do you think you can stage such an event?lol
A flat race event such as this is staged at half time each year during the year's AFL Grand Final at the MCG.)
It would take a special timed event to find out. Assuming, though, that people in general are faster now than in the past, we would have to stick with active players. Five of them are particularly renowned for their speed: Bryan Habana, South African (and 2007 Player of the Year); Joe Rokocoko and Sitiveni Sivivatu (both playing for New Zealand); the Welsh Shane Williams; Takudzwa Ngwenya of the USA. Amongst them, it probably is the Zimbabwe-born American who takes the spoils, although there is no "official" rating.
The fastest man in the world of rugby at the moment is properly Daisuke Ohata of Japan. With Bryan Habana coming 3rd, just behind Rupeni Caucaunibuca. And the fastest English rugby player is Tom Varndell, who can run 100m in 10.8 seconds, with no boots on.
Christian Wade is the fastest England rugby player. However, in the entire world, Jamaica's Usain Bolt is the fastest rugby player.

It's hard to say, generally soccer players all need to be very quick, but in rugby some players do little running. Brian Habanna is probably the quickest rugby player in the world and may be quicker than Cristiano Ronaldo when running, however a 20st forward would be slower. The quickest rugby and soccer players may be similar, but the slowest soccer player would be quicker than than slowest rugby player.
the quickest ice cream was made in Europe
There is no real definitive answer to this as the response will be someones opinion. There are no statistical records highlighting such players.
