Officially the oldest is Mayobridge as this is the one that was the first to officially register with the GAA in 1888, however unofficially the oldest would be Leitrim as they had clubs in 1886. Lastly some would say that Clonduff or Hilltown is the oldest but Hilltown is a mixtures of clubs put together after Mayobrige and Leitrim was created so this puts them out of the candidate list. So to conclude officially it is Mayobridge , unofficially it is Leitrim and its never going to be Hilltown so whoever says that it is deserves a slap and to be told to wise up and accept the truth.
