It's got to be Bob Paisley the former Liverpool manager, Between 1974 and 1983 he led Liverpool to 6 League titles, 3 European Cups, 3 League Cups, one Uefa Cup, 5 what were then called Charity Shields but is now referred to as the Community Shield and one UEFA Super Cup. The only domestic trophy he failed to win as a manager was the FA Cup. Ironically after scoring the opening goal in a 2-0 win over Everton in the semi final, he was dropped for the 1950 final defeat against Arsenal so he never won the trophy as a player either.
