umm, you can't really define who is the best since Mexican club is due to the fact that none of them have consistency such as Barcelona or Inter. Many mediocre Mexicans might say that Chivas and America are the best teams since they have more championships, but they've been around for a little over a hundred years and they only have 11 and 10 championships. I try not to watch Mexican soccer but I've noticed Mexican clubs such as Santos Laguna, Monterrey, and Cruz Azul play far better than Chivas and America. So you can't really say who's the best.
