at the moment the two quarterbacks are viewed as similar in production, as brees's production has skyrocketed and brady's has dropped off slightly. in terms of career, brady, viewed by most as the greatest quarterback in nfl history, greatly surpasses brees. if brees wins the Super Bowl this Sunday he will get closer to the hall of fame, but he will never reach brady's level. brady owns the greatest single season in nfl history in 2007, not to mention he has won one mvp award, three super bowls, appeared in four super bowls, had two of the four most accurate passing days in nfl history, has the second greatest postseason win percentage ever (behind only Bart Starr, the legendary packers quarterback of the 1960s), and is in a position to win at least two more super bowls by the end of his career.
