Stephen Thomas "Steve" McMillan (born January 19, 1976 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish footballer. He retired from professional football in February 2007. He played for Motherwell (93-01) and Wigan Athletic (01-07).
He played at left back, but only played 5 games in the promotion-winning season to the Premier League after Leighton Baines broke into the squad.
He picked up a bad knee injury in the Carling Cup semi-final against Arsenal, which ruled him out for the rest of the season
