I think it's LT and B on xbox 360, PS3 would probably be the same with circle and ps2 is L2 and Circle. Just check the manual if you're not sure.

If u have a ps3 and u buy nba 2k9 version for the ps2, and u use the nba 2k9 ps2 version on the ps3 there wont be a difference, it will just look like your playin it on the ps2. Number 3.)
