Some might say steelers because the have 6 super bowls but the fact is the packers had more superbowls until the name was changed from nation championships to super bowls also Green Bay has had way better coaching... Thus stating the Green Bay Packers are better statistical and also franchise wise.

This is not a simple question to answer. With each passing year, a certain team can end up better than another team. Draft picks, injuries, strength of schedule etc.
