What teams don't have a Super Bowl?
The current Cleveland Browns (the original Browns later became
the Baltimore Ravens) have never been to the Super Bowl.
The Houston Texans have never been to the Super Bowl.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have never been to the Super Bowl.
The Detroit Lions not only have never been to the Super Bowl,
but they are the only team which isn't an expansion team to not
have gone.
In addition to those four, there are teams who have been to -
but have never won - the Super Bowl:
Minnesota Vikings (went to the Super Bowl in 1969, 1973, 1974,
and 1976)
Buffalo Bills (went in 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1993)
Cincinnatti Bengals (went in 1981 and 1989)
Philadelphia Eagles (went in 1980 and 2004)
San Diego Chargers (went in 1994)
Tennessee Titans (went in 1999)
Carolina Panthers (went in 2003... they could've had that one,
but the Pats got the better of them)
Seattle Seahawks (went in 2005)
Arizona Cardinals (went in 2008, which was a bit of a shock,
because they'd been having a not so hot season... then they beat
the Panthers unexpectedly, and it all took off from there)
