It seems to be changing over the past few years, especially since the Milwaukee Brewers moved to the National League. This is purely opinion, but I would say the Twins still tend to get up for their divisional games against the Chicago White Sox. One could also argue that over the past few years, the Detroit Tigers have been making their presence known in the AL Central and are proving some competition for the Twins. When looking at the American League as a whole, I think they would like to beat the Yankees more than they have in the recent past.
