Which Serie A team should I support?

If you live in Italy, then support the nearest team. I am presuming though, that you don't live in Italy. On that basis, unless you have some direct connection to a team, then there is no team from Serie A for you to support. That doesn't mean you can't watch and enjoy Italian Football matches. You can get just as much enjoyment out of watching if you don't have a particular team to support.

Sometimes being neutral does help, as you can take a more even balance, rather than a bias towards one team. If you support one team you may not enjoy what was really a great match, if your team lost. The neutral supporter will have enjoyed the match a lot more as they could equally appreciate both teams. So don't feel that you have to support a team.

Being a supporter at a distance is not as much fun as the supporter who has a genuine connection to a team and can go to the matches. You are looking to choose a team. What typically happens is someone supports one of the top teams. As is said though, a true supporter does not choose a team, they are born to it. You probably support your country in sports. Why? Because that is where you are from. They are your team, although you never chose them. That makes it extra special. Even if you did choose a team to support in Serie A, it wouldn't be the same as supporting your country, because you wouldn't have that connection and the same passion.

So sit back and watch and enjoy Italian football, without choosing a team. There is

no need to. You'll be able to enjoy far more games and get a much better benefit.
