It really depends on many things. This question is asked all over the place and many people say the bleachers. The bleachers are rowdy and a ton of fun. the view is not bad, you can see the entire game, rooftop parties and the entire construction. If the weather is good the bleachers are a great place since they are out in the open.

Of course any good seat in the lower levels will work great, but if you cant scrape up the huge price of those tickets I would suggest the 400 section between 415 and 430 with the sections closest to home plate being the best. I have seats in section 424 and they are great. There are no poles and since the upper deck really isn't that high you are so close. You can see the entire field, every play, the scoreboard, and the rooftops. The first fiew rows of these sections are a treat.
