The next time the Patriots are scheduled to play the Titans is in 2018. We will not know if it is a home game or if it will be in Tennessee until the schedule is set. The NFL schedule format calls for a two home games two away games rotation, and I cannot determine where in the rotation the two teams stand with each other.
The New England Patriots do practise and play their home games in Foxboro,Massachusetts, but since there are no other football teams in New England, they aren't just for the people of Massachusetts, but for all of New England.
