soccer arobics is a way that soccer players can stay fit or at practice get in shape faster. Just like arobics the players keep moving to improve muscle building. In mls when the players are coming off injuries or from a break they go into soccer aronics. Which is soccer and arobics combined into one.
One way to get better at soccer is to practice! Get together with other soccer players and ask them to give you pointers and practice with you. Make some home made goals at home and see if you can score. Practice makes perfect
You dont have to go to the gym if you're a soccer player. Just go for a run, or go to practice.
After years of playing soccer with long hours of intense practice, a player could be scouted during a local team game by a scout from a professional team, you then go to a try out and hopefully get on
that depends if you are talking about soccer football or American football
You need to watch a lot of skillful players and then practice your technique until you master it.
Practice for non professional players is not as reguated as that of professional players. It varies, depending on the quality and reputation of the academy/club they play for. The higher rated academies ensure 5-6 hours of practice for their players but otherwise it is much lesser than Pro Footballers.
well it depends how much they practice and play so the players decide how much they work
