2013: Not this year. The Boston Bruins lost the Stanley Cup to the Chicago Blackhawks in 6 games, giving up the lead and the game late in the third period. The last time the Boston Bruins won the Stanley Cup was in 2011, beating the Vancouver Canucks in 7 games.

Unknown.

The current Toronto Maple Leaf team in 2010 are vastly lacking in talent and cohesion. Many problems are responsible including a lack of competition in the general area due to the Leagues Franchising rules (100 mi rule), as well as the general profitability of the Leafs without any need to actually be contenders.

The firing and replacement of Brian Burke in 2011 eventually leads to a marginally better team which makes the playoffs in 2013, but the Leafs do not make it to the finals. The Leafs make the playoffs sporadically until 2019, when their scouting improves, and they acquire some talented youngsters in the 2020 and 2021 drafts, after squandering their picks in the previous years, and replacing the GM again. It is not until 2024 that the Maple Leafs make a serious run to the cup, making it to the finals, but getting defeated by the LA Kings in 6 games, which is the Kings' first Stanley Cup! Unfortunately, Toronto is defeated by Ottawa in the second round of the 2025 playoffs, but they get their revenge in the 2026 playoffs, defeating the Senators in the Conference playoffs before beating St. Louis in 6 games to win the Stanley cup.

Did the Toronto Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup in 2008 2009?

The Toronto Maple Leafs did not win the Stanley Cup for the 2008-2009 season. No, don't get me wrong i am a die hard Leafs fan! they just don't have the potential right now, before 2012 is possible. They are a rebuilding team and there not playing to win it all they are playing to get draft picks. They will have supper stars soon, now the the combined Burke and and Wilson there is now better team of management in the NHL. I predict the next Leafs will be, Rick Nash, Matin St.Louis, Corey Parry, and A tough guy. They will then have high Potential. Hope this helped and GO LEAFS GO!

Who are all the goaltenders for Toronto Maple Leafs?

The Maple Leafs began the 2007-08 season with Vesa Toskala and Andrew Raycroft as their two goalies. Due to an injury to Toskala, Scott Clemmensen was recalled and played in three games before being reassigned to the Leafs' AHL affiliate the Toronto Marlies on January 10th. The following day, Justin Pogge was recalled from the Marlies to join the Leafs. Should the Maple Leafs need to call up a different goaltender from the minors, James Reimer would be next in line.

What NHL teams have won a Stanley cup but not in a long time'?

The longest Stanley Cup drought belongs to the Toronto Maple Leafs who haven't won since 1967. The next year the St Louis Blues and the LA Kings joined the NHL (never won) with 4 other teams who have since won the Cup (Flyers, Penguins, and the North Stars/Seals eventually merged and won as the Dallas Stars).
