The Atlanta Thrashers never won the Stanley Cup while they were in Atlanta. They were moved to Winnipeg in 2011 and renamed the Jets.
A group called "Atlanta Spirit" bought the Atlanta Thrashers, Atlanta Hawks, and the rights to Philips Arena in 2003 and the deal was finalized in 2004. AOL Time Warner was the previous owner, but sold the teams and arena to reduce its large debt. Of course, since the above was written, the Atlanta Thrashers have been sold to True North Sports & Entertainment of Winnipeg and have moved from Atlanta to Winnipeg.
They haven't won a Stanley Cup yet. Actually the last time Ottawa won the Stanley Cup was in 1927 and before that it was 1923, with multiple wins before that.
The last Canadian team to win the Stanley Cup was the Montreal Canadians, during the 1992,93 season.
The Ducks went to and won the Stanley Cup in 2007.
To date, they have never won the Stanley Cup.

The Blues have never won Lord Stanley's Cup :(
Zero. But they did win the World Hockey Association's championship trophy, the Avco Cup, in 1976, 1978, and 1979. In 1996 they relocated to Phoenix and were renamed the Coyotes. In 2011, the Atlanta Thrashers moved to Winnipeg and became the Jets. The Winnipeg Jets have never won the Stanley Cup. The only Winnipeg team to win the Cup were the Winnipeg Victorias who did it twice each in 1896, 1901 and 1902. The reason they are on the Cup twice for each of those years is because the Stanley Cup was originally a Challenge Cup, meaning that in addition to defending the Cup through some sort of playoff format at the end of the season, the defending Champion usually had to defend it against a team who had formally filed a challenge with the trustees of the Cup at some point during the season as well.
The last time the Green Bay Packers lost to the Atlanta Falcons was on November 28, 2010. The game was played in Atlanta and the final score was Green Bay 17, Atlanta 20.
