You can apply force summation in a push pass by stepping in to hit the ball because when you step in you are allowing your bigger muscles to contribute to the hit as you will be using your heavy muscles, quadriceps and hamstring, and will be working your way up to your torso, shoulders, arm and through to your finger until you push the ball.
