NFL and College have separate rules. At NFL games, alochol service stops at the end of the 3rd quarter. At College Football games service stops at the end of the half. It is a "hard shut off", which means at this moment, the bartenders can only serve the person he/she had already started serving. If people were in line waiting, unfortunately they do not get served. The rules change however in the "club sections".
