I wouldn't worry too much about age, to be honest. The only thing that may become a factor is that as a person ages, they become less fit, and more prone to injuries. Your age should not prevent you from taking up Rugby again, as it is a brilliant sport for keeping you fit and healthy, however, I would advise that you take it handy at first, if you have not been taking part in regular exercise or sport for those 10 years. It may be an idea to improve your strength and fitness before re-joining a club.

A group of twenty people is commonly referred to as a "score," as in "four score and twenty years ago." However, in more casual contexts, it can simply be called a "group of twenty" or a "twenty-person group." There isn’t a widely recognized specific term for just twenty people.
