What was the cause of death of Chris Henry?

On December 16, 2009, Henry was involved in a car accident in Charlotte, North Carolina. Charlotte police stated that Henry fell out the back of his fiancee's moving truck while engaging in a domestic dispute with her, and suffered life-threatening injuries The next day, he died from the injuries.

Chris was rushed to a hospital after found lying in the same place he was when he fell out. Police were called to the scene. Then he died on Thursday, December 17, 2009. As of today (December 19), the case is still under review and there is a fair amount of speculation surrounding this bizarre and tragic death. However, police have declared that Chris Henry died from blunt-force trauma to the head due to a fall from the back of a moving pick-up truck being driven by his fiancee Loleini Tonga, and the death has been ruled an accident.

Aside from that, other details (why he was on the back of the truck, what caused him to fall off of it, etc.) are speculative, although I've sure the full police report will answer more questions in the coming days.
