Through the 2009 season, that was January 5, 1992 when the Lions defeated the Dallas Cowboys, 38-6. The following week, the Lions lost the NFC championship game to the Redskins in Washington. The Lions have played four home playoff games in their existance, the 1991 Divisional Playoff game listed above and the 1935, 1953, and 1957 NFL Championship games. They won all four of those games.
Washington played at Robert F. Kennedy Stadium (formerly D.C. Stadium) from 1961 to 1996.
The largest NFL stadium is the home of the Washington Redskins; FedEx Field in Landover, MD. Soon it will be succeeded by the New Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Cowboys Stadium. The stadium will open for the 2009 season. NBC just reported that the Cowboys sold out they're first regular season game against the Giants. Capacity at Cowboys Stadium is 111,000.
If you are referring to the 2013-2014 season, San Francisco will not have a home playoff game this year. For the wildcard round, San Francisco visited Lambeau Field, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. For the NFC Divisional Round, San Francisco visited Bank of America Stadium, in Charlotte, North Carolina. For the NFC Championship game, San Francisco visited CenturyLink Field, in Seattle, Washington.
No. Prior to the 2008 playoffs, their last home victory in the playoffs was the 1947 NFL Championship Game when the defeated the Philadelphia Eagles, 28-21. This game was also the Cardinals' only home playoff game prior to the 2008 season.

Washington Redskins, every home game since 1968. The Green Bay Packers have sold out every game at Lambeau Field since 1960. However, the Packers played a portion of their home schedule at Milwaukee's County Stadium until 1993. There were some games during the 1970s that did not sell out in Milwaukee.
