Step 7: Apply for the "B" certificate once comfortable enough to manage a team. Step 8: When serious enough to manage a team, apply for the "A" certificate. This will require at least 120 hours of work with a club. Step 9: If all of the above certificates are gained, then the "Pro" certificate can be achieved.
