Collin Booth joined Forest from Wolves in October 1959, making 98 appearances (41 goals) before moving on to Doncaster Rovers at the end of the 1961/62 season. He played for Oxford United until 1966. He was living in Cowley, Oxford about 10 years ago and was a porter at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford.
