When playing volleyball and especially passing a volleyball, you bend your legs. Every power is in your arms and legsonly. You bend down like you are sitting on a chair and sway back and forth while going to get a ball. You don't throw the ball when you are going to get it. You simply keep your legs bent and lift up the rest of your body and POP the ball up into the air. When playing volleyball, it is a wonderful sport if you play. Need more tips on any kind of sports add to my blog.
When the serve first comes over the net, the first return must be a bump, but when it comes over and someone bumps it, then you can do an over hand pass
In traditional six-person Volleyball, the serve is always made by the Right Back (the right-most player in the rear row). This player continues to serve until they lose service by conceding a point to the other team. Every time a team gains service, the players must rotate positions clockwise, so a different player will serve the ball. The same rules for serving and rotating apply in Beach Volleyball, except there are only two players per team, turning the rotation into a simple exchange of positions.
in order to become a volleyball player, you don't have to take special classes, and there is never, EVER anyone there at the end to say, "You are officially a volleyball player." The only way to determine that you are a volleyball player is that you play somewhere. Like:1. It could be your house.2. A league.3. A school team.4. The Olympics.5. A contest.6. The beach. (Beach volleyball)7. Take classes at a gym or something. And in order to truly become and be a volleyball player, you must be dedicated. You must follow all the rules of volleyball. No matter what kind of volleyball your playing, Beach volleyball, or regular volleyball, you MUST follow the rules of the game.
the diet of a volleyball diet is a healthy diet. they must have a lot of vitamins, calcium and vegtables
No, it is not legal, the serve must go over the net before it is touched by anybody.
I think Volleyball, but thats just my opinon! Its easier to kick a ball where you want it to go, but controling the ball when passing, setting, and spiking is much harder. Also in Volleyball you must perfect you serve. Hope that helps!
There is an underhand serve where a player holds the ball and swings from under the ball, pushing the ball up and over the net. The overhand serve is where a player tosses the all in the air and with their other arm swings with their arm extended above their head. They swing straight forward to hit the side of the ball that faces them. The jump serve is the same as the overhand, except a player must toss the ball higher in order to approach the endline, jump, and then swing.
Yes. Unlike volleyball, in badminton, you must hit the ball only once, like its cousin, tennis.
That will vary according to the laws in your state.
No. I live and tattoo professionally in Pa.
To be able to receive a serve well, a passer must be able to watch the ball immediately when it is served. Imagine trying to pass if you were only able to see the ball once it crossed the net! That would be hard...
In the absence of a referee or score keepers on the side, typically the person serving the ball would call out the score before they serve.
