Steven Gerrard has been captain of Liverpool Football Club for eight years. During that time he has lead liverpool to two FA cup wins, two league cup wins, a UEFA cup win and a UEFA Champions League win. He has also captained his country in the 2010 world cup. Steven Gerrard's success in football is outstanding and he has dedicated almost his whole life to liverpool. Gerrard has come back from injery many times and still managed to get back to his scoring form. When he is on the pitch he's working and never stops. He is courageous and no matter what postion he is in, without him, Liverpool woudn't be the best club in the world.
He never was
steven Gerrard
Both are good players
Well they are both midfeilders and they are good but i have to unfortinatly say both of them. Gerrard because he is now captain of England and Liverpool and lampard is not
Once, when Stevie G was only 6, he solved a rubix cube in less than a minute.
on his day, one of the best midfielders ever. certainly one of the best!!
Steven Gerrard would probably say the best player he has played with is Fernando Torres, but he has been a Liverpool and England regular for about 10 years so he has played with some good players.
As of 2020, Steven Gerrard's reported salary is 140,000 per week. That works out to be 7.3 million per year. 140,000 per week 7.3 million per year
yes i think Steven Gerrard is better than frank Lampard at free kicks because Stevie Gerrard has way more shot power and has good free kicks and scores from very for ranges.
Both Steven Gerrard and Christiano Ronaldo could very well claim this title. As well as Mark Murphy from Carlton(AFL)...
A question like that is a matter of opinion, and the answer may change numerous times during a season. Commonly there are 3 players that are considered to be "the backbone" for Liverpool: Defense: Jamie Carragher Midfield: Steven Gerrard Attacker: Fernando Torres If one were to attempt to name a best footballer on the current Liverpool team, a good bid would be Steven Gerrard.
That depends on your personal preferences for what makes a good leader. Some people like John Key, others do not.
