Upon extensive research there does not seem to be a magazine by the name of Claim Today. The only online news source that was found regarding claims is the Claims Journal website that offers news and articles relating to the insurance industry.
The type of journal publication that Skeptical Inquirer is of the science variety. In other words, an individual would read scientific evaluations of controversial claims.
