Not the best. You can see the whole pitch, and the goal at the Kop end, but the overhang from the upper stand is quite bad and you won't be able to see much of the Kop itself at all. I saw Liverpool v Arsenal in Row 33 and everytime some idiot stood up in front of me, I could not see a thing.

i don't see why not ,if they play them the way they played Chelsea at anfield they should have every chance , the way they did,nt give them a second to dwell on the ball and were at their throats every time they tried to advance was very encouraging ,if they restrict AC Milan to the same level they'll be in for a shock ,Benitez has got them very well organized now , and one more thing ,put Liverpool in a cup scenario and they somehow find that something extra ,they've been like this for a good few years now . yes my prediction is Liverpool 2 - AC Milan 1,
Well Man Utd currently have the biggest Football Stadium in England with Old Trafford but there are a lot of other good stadiums like The Emirates (Arsenal), Anfield (Liverpool) and Stamford Bridge (Chelsea). Also, if West Ham get the Olympic Stadium I'm not sure how big it is but I think it will be bigger than Old Trafford.

Simple there are a few ways. Combine them. Stand with your hands on the lower part of the back and waste, like grandma used to do. And lean back slightly, while stretching the lower back. Do a few times. Then stand legs wide apart and bent. Have your hands resting on your knees. It will look as if you are trying to poke your butt outward. And you are because you are arching your lower back inadvertantly. Doing it properly will feel good on the lower back. Do as long as comfortable. Wear good supportive shoes and do not sit too much. When you do, try to keep your legs raised.
