it depend on who's shooting I'm in u-15 that 13 14 and 15 year old and i shot 80 so it really depends

yeah it just depends on your form and how strong you are. All the power from the shot comes from your hips just like a quarterback

By velocity i assume you mean speed seeming as velocity includes direction;

the speed of a lacrosse ball can be anywhere from 35mph to 112mph. In high school leagues the average ball speed on a shot should range around 85mph to 95mph. While in college leagues speeds should be around 100mph.
