Box lacrosse goalies do wear leg pads made of hard plastic material like a big shin guards, in field lacrosse goalies can only wear soccer style shin guards
In soccer (football) there are shin guards which cover your shins, obviously. But there are no manditory leg pads. You could google FIFA laws of the game to see if you are allowed to wear other pads but you are not required. Hope this helps
They would actually wear heavy leg plates. They were almost like huge, metal shin guards that protected their legs in battle.
This is what they use: bat for hitting the baseball batting gloves for a better grip on the bat a glove for catching the baseball a catcher's mask to protect the catcher's face leg guards to protect the catcher's leg and feet batting helmet to protect the batters head and ears hat to shade the players' eyes
The scientific name for the lower leg is the "crus" or "leg proper."
leg warmers? leg warmers?
I'm assuming you mean your Tibia, one of the two bones in your lower leg. That being said, you'll need to use it in any sport that requires the use of your legs! Particularly where running, kicking or jumping is necessary. Sports like soccer/football, baseball and some others often have players wear "shin guards" to protect the sensitive areas above the lower leg from impact during play.
you wear a sliding pad under your pants and on top of your socks. if u put it over your pants then your pants will rub on your leg and give u a rash.
