It depends what kind of game you are playing. If you are playing in a backyard or just fooling around in a gym, I would say it is moderate, because most likely you are not falling flat on your face for a ball or sprinting to get a ball. If you are playing a junior high,high school, or JO (junior Olympics match, it would probably be a very high intensity. Sources: I play JO and an unofficial league
