The net height in girls' high school volleyball is 7' 4-1/8"
I'm not not sure the exact height (somewhere around 7 feet) for women, from 13s (if you play club) and up it is the womens height
The size of the court is always 30 feet by 60 feet. The net height depends on what level you are playing at. In middle school, the net is usually seven feet tall. In club and high school level volleyball, the net is usually 7'4".
First of all high school volleyball is much different form collegiate volleyball because, most of the collegiate players have been given scholarships to play the sport in high school you basically TRYOUT and then you'll see if you make the team. Also for collegiate you need a lot of experience.
The height of the serve depends on how high you throw it and how you hit it.

Guys are allowed to play Vlleyball in high-school, It depends on your education institution if they do Extra Curricular sport such as Volleyball. Volleyball may not be available to you to participate in school.

You must know a LOT. Many high schools are very serious about volleyball, and many of then played through high-school.
