Obviously, this is a debatable question. Generally speaking the Pac 10 Conference is still the powerhouse in the sport with such colleges as UCLA, Arizona and Washington. Teams from other parts of the country, however, have become stronger in the past few years including Tennessee, Florida and even Missouri.
