I lost the link, but according to a site I stumbled upon looking for the answer to this question myself, I found out that the players make little to no money. Each player makes between $300 and $700 per week during a 12 week season. So between $3600 and $8400 over the 12 weeks....you would definitely need a 2nd, maybe even third job to support yourself playing Basketball in this league. I guess the difference here between the NBA and PBL is that you know players in the PBL are playing solely for the love of the game.
FBLA-PBL was created in 1940.
The motto of FBLA-PBL is 'Gateway to Greatness'.
PBL is a computer network providing Internet data service using broadband transmissions over public power lines
