I'm not sure if you mean the 2009-2010 season or the 2010-2011 season, so I'll answer both.

in the 09-10 season, they made the playoffs as the 6th seed Wild Card finishing 9-7.

in the 10-11 season, they made the playoffs as the 6th seed Wild Card finishing 11-5.

In both of these appearances, they made it to the AFC Championship and lost, in 09-10 to the Indianapolis Colts, and in 10-11 to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Both teams they lost to lost the Super Bowl, the Colts to the New Orleans Saints and the Steelers to the Green Bay Packers.

In 09-10, the Jets beat the Cincinnati Bengals in the Wild Card round, and the San Diego Chargers in the Divisional round.

In 10-11, the Jets beat the Indianapolis Colts in the Wild Card round, and the New England Patriots in the Divisional round.
