The Quarterback with the most rushing touchdowns of all time is Otto Graham with 44 career rushing Touchdowns.
Since the merger of the AFL and NFL and the creation of the "Super Bowl", Steve Young leads all quarterbacks with 43 Rushing Touchdowns.
Allthough Otto Graham does have 44 career rushing touchdowns, he does not hold the
NFL record. Graham's first 11 touchdowns of his career came as a member of the Cleveland Browns of the All-America Football Conference (AAFC), which played from 1946 to 1949. It was a different league all together. After the Browns joined the NFL
in 1950, Graham went on to score 33 more rushing touchdowns as an NFL Cleveland
Brown. The NFL DOES NOT recognize any records of the AAFC as it does the American
Football League (AFL) of the 1960's. Therefore the holder of the NFL record for most
career rushing TD's by a quarterback is Steve Young with 43.
Eric Crouch of Nebraska and Colin Kaepernick of Nevada are tied with 59 career rushing TDs.
Eric Crouch Quarterback for Nebraska 59 rushing touchdowns. Colin Kaepernick QB for Nevada tied the record in 2010 with 59 rushing TDs
Steve Grogan holds the NFL record for rushing TDs by a quarterback in a season with 12 in 1976. He scored 35 rushing TDs in his career.
