To co-ordinate a netball shot is to make sure that both feet are facing the netball post when you receive the ball in the circle and the distance that you want to take the shot at. When you do the split, as you bring your front leg in to meet and turn your back leg, turn your foot around, but keeping it grounded so you do not step, make sure that it is facing the goal post, and your co-ordination shall be spot on, and all you have to work on is the strenthg of your pass towards the goal. Try practsing right in front of the goal post first and then move outwards, making sure that you're feet are facing the post, and your accuracy shall be right on.
